Unless expressly stated otherwise, KR Clean Fares Travels is a listing and information platform and is not necessarily the provider of the services advertised by Listed Businesses.

2. Independent Listed Businesses

Businesses appearing on the Platform are independent third-party businesses unless expressly identified as being operated by KR Clean Fares Travels.

Each Listed Business is responsible for:

• The accuracy of its business information
• Its services and products
• Prices and availability
• Booking conditions
• Cancellation and refund policies
• Customer service
• Applicable taxes, fees and charges
• Licences, registrations and regulatory compliance
• Fulfilment of services purchased or arranged through that business

A listing on our Platform does not necessarily mean that KR Clean Fares Travels guarantees, endorses or certifies the Listed Business or its services.

Users should independently review the details, terms and conditions of the relevant Listed Business before making a booking or payment.

3. Information on Listings

We aim to provide useful and accurate information; however, information displayed in a listing may be supplied, updated or modified by the Listed Business.

Listing information may include:

• Business name
• Business description
• Contact information
• Address
• Photos
• Services
• Prices
• Offers
• Availability
• Travel information
• Website or social media links

KR Clean Fares Travels does not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, current or error-free.

If you identify inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate information, you may contact us so that we can review the listing.

4. User Enquiries and Bookings

The Platform may allow users to contact Listed Businesses, request information, submit enquiries or proceed to a booking.

Depending on the service, a booking may be completed:

1. directly through the Platform;
2. through the Listed Business;
3. through a third-party booking provider; or
4. through another booking channel identified in the listing.

The applicable booking terms will depend on the specific service and Listed Business.

Where a booking is made directly with a Listed Business, the contract for that service is generally between the customer and the Listed Business, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices, fares, availability, schedules and offers displayed on the Platform may change without notice.

Travel prices can be affected by:

• Airline or supplier changes
• Availability
• Travel dates
• Taxes and fees
• Currency fluctuations
• Supplier policies
• Promotional offers
• Booking conditions

A displayed price should not be treated as a final confirmed price unless the applicable booking process expressly confirms it.

6. Payments

Where payments are processed through the Platform or through a third-party payment provider, additional payment terms may apply.

Users agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.

KR Clean Fares Travels is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, third-party providers or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Where a Listed Business collects payment directly, the payment relationship is between the customer and that Listed Business.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions may vary depending on the Listed Business, airline, hotel, tour operator or other service provider.

Users should review the applicable cancellation and refund policy before confirming a booking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KR Clean Fares Travels does not guarantee that a refund will be available.

Where the Listed Business is responsible for the booking, any refund request should normally be directed to that business.

8. User Accounts

Certain features may require users or businesses to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Business Listings

Businesses may be permitted to submit listing information subject to our approval and applicable requirements.

By submitting a listing, the business represents that:

• It has the right to provide the submitted information;
• The information is accurate to the best of its knowledge;
• Its services comply with applicable laws;
• It will not submit fraudulent or misleading information;
• It will not impersonate another business;
• It will not upload content that infringes another person’s rights;
• It will maintain required licences and permissions for its services.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, suspend or remove a listing that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Reviews and User Content

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments or other content.

You must not submit:

• False or misleading reviews
• Fake bookings or experiences
• Harassing or abusive content
• Defamatory content
• Hate speech
• Spam
• Malware
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Personal information belonging to another person without permission

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant KR Clean Fares Travels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content for operating, promoting and improving the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

• Commit fraud
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Create fake listings
• Scrape or copy Platform content without permission
• Upload malicious software

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to websites, booking systems, payment providers, social media platforms or other third-party services.

We do not control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its original content, design, graphics, branding, text, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to KR Clean Fares Travels.

Business names, logos, photographs and materials submitted by Listed Businesses remain the property of their respective owners, subject to the licence granted to us for displaying the listing.

14. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available;
• Every listing will be accurate;
• Every Listed Business will remain available;
• Prices or availability will remain unchanged;
• A Listed Business will provide a particular level of service;
• Third-party services will operate without interruption.

Users should exercise reasonable care and verify important travel and booking information before making decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KR Clean Fares Travels will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• Acts or omissions of Listed Businesses;
• Incorrect listing information supplied by businesses;
• Flight cancellations or schedule changes;
• Hotel or tour service issues;
• Visa or immigration decisions;
• Third-party supplier failures;
• Payment provider failures;
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KR Clean Fares Travels and its officers, employees and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of another person’s rights;

A Listed Business may also have its listing suspended or removed where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Privacy

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which KR Clean Fares Travels operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
